We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Crown & Grace . If this is not the case, you have the right to return your order.

You can return unworn items within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The item must be unworn , undamaged and in its original packaging .

Personalized or custom-made jewelry is non-returnable .

You as the buyer are responsible for the return shipping costs (except in the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered products).

Send us an email to crowngrace@outlook.de with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will send you the return address and further instructions.

After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price within 7 working days – via the originally chosen payment method.
